Update Time

Hello all,
I'm so sorry it's been awhile since I've made a decent post. Things for the most part have been going really well. RC loves his new job very much and has been doing very well. He is opening new jobs just about every day and averages about 130 calls a day!!! He has been working hard.
We just recently bought a new family suburban, Thanks to RC's parents. It has already been such a blessing to us. We have one less car payment to worry about, our car insurance is much less, and it fits all the kids very comfortably will plenty of room to grow! It has 9 seat belts in it!!!!! That means we can have 2 more kids to fill it.. lol. We are very excited to take it camping and can't wait until the weather is warm enough. The kids can't wait either. They are so excited to fish and hike and spend time at my parents property this summer riding the four wheeler and playing in the fort my dad and brother built! The Suburban is in such amazing shape and we bought it from the original owners. Here are some pictures of it!

So nice and cleanThe front

The 3 seater front seat.... Look how clean!

The kids are excelling in all of their spring time sports. Andrew just started baseball, his team is the Angels! He is pretty much the smallest kid on the team and needs some work on his catching skills. but he is so excited about and just loves it. He wants to wear his Angels hat everywhere. Spencer is enjoying his soccer where he and Nathan are on the same team. Spencer loves to stay in for the whole game and scores most of the goals. Nathan does very well too, he likes to play goalie the best, and is working on his drop kicking! Nathan is also in a bowling class that he is SO proud of. He uses a five pound ball with five finger holes. He loves it. Matthew is in indoor soccer right now and he is excited to be like the big boys, but isn't too sure if he really likes soccer. He usually only plays for about 15 minutes of the game and if he gets bumped or pushed, he wants to come out and sit with his dad. Lauren does great as a little cheer leader for all of her brothers. she is getting so big and everyday more beautiful. She is talking up a storm! she says "dad," "oops," "what's that," "fish," "woof woof," and many other unrecognizable words. She is always talking. Here are some recent pics of the kids.

My health has not been very good lately. The doctor I've been seeing thinks that i have fibromyalgia, which is what i thought it might be. Ive been trying out different anti depressants, and sleeping pills to try and help me feel better. but so far i really don't feel any improvement. But life goes on. I'm going to start doing some water aerobics and spend a little more time out in the sun. A new Dr. I'm seeing thinks that might help me feel a little better.
RC and I went out and bought a new little bbq yesterday, gotta love Wal mart, it was only 20 bucks! we made some yummy burgers last night, and will probably do the same tonight.
I hope all of you are well, be sure to keep in touch!
Lindsey!

Trials and Normal Everyday Life Stuff

So far this year has been a tough one. I haven't been feeling very well and am pretty sure that I have fibromyalgia. The symptoms of this are extreme pain mostly in the legs and hips, depression, and problems sleeping. These things have made my life very difficult lately and I've missed a lot of work because of it. I have such crappy insurance through my crappy job right now that we can't really afford to try and figure out what is really wrong with me. RC has been AMAZING! He took on a second job to make ends meet, but that means he doesn't get home till 230 am three nights a week, and I have to be up at 530am to get ready for work. He is always up with me to start the car and put my lunch together. He also just started another new job this week, which we hope will eventually bring in a bit more money. the company is called CHG Healthcare, it is a company that staffs hospitals and clinics with Dr's and nurses. it was rated the #1 company to work for in Utah. They have very good benefits that will kick in at the begining of next month (march). Until then i'm just going to have to grin and bare it at my current job.

Another big dissappointment this year was that we were planning on getting at least 5,000 dollars back this year on our tax returns. but due to a mistake at one of RC's jobs at the begining of last year we are only getting about 400 back when all is said and done. We had ALOT of plans for that money including paying for RC to get his vasectomy reversed. I'm been super stressed about this cause i REALLY want to have a baby or two of my own. And even though we aren't ready right now, the sooner he gets that fixed the better. Needless to say I have been really up set about all of this. But I can never stay that way for long, something always comes along to remind me to put things in perspective. I heard this song on the way home tonight.....

She was staring out the window of that SUV
Complaning, saying "I can't wait to turn 18"
She said "I'll make my own money, and I'll make my own rules"
Mamma put the car in park out there in front of the school
Then she kissed her head and said "I was just like you"

You're gonna miss this
You're gonna want this back
You're gonna wish these days hadn't gone by so fast
These are some good times
So take a good look around
You may not know it now
But you're gonna miss this

Before she knows it she's a brand new bride
In a one-bedroom apartment, and her daddy stops by
He tells her "It's a nice place"She says "It'll do for now"
Starts talking about babies and buying a house
Daddy shakes his head and says "Baby, just slow down"

Cause you're gonna miss this
You're gonna want this back
You're gonna wish these days hadn't gone by so fast
These are some good times
So take a good look around
You may not know it now
But you're gonna miss this

Five years later there's a plumber workin' on the water heater
Dog's barkin', phone's ringin'One kid's cryin', one kid's screamin'
She keeps apologizin'He says "They don't bother me. I've got 2 babies of my own.
One's 36, one's 23.Huh, it's hard to believe, but ...

You're gonna miss this
You're gonna want this back
You're gonna wish these days hadn't gone by so fast
These are some good times
So take a good look around
You may not know it now
But you're gonna miss this"

Some how I have to remind myself what true happiness is, and that's being content with all the blessings you have at that moment. but still reach out for your dreams.

Tomorrow we are going to the Alan Jackson concert.... it was our valentines present to each other, although I'm told there is more comming my way!!!
Here are some recent pics!
