One Month Anniversary

Well today is our one month wedding anniversary! We've made it this far and are more in love than I could have ever imagined. Hopefully tonight we can go out for a little date!

January.....

Things have been running quite smoothly here on the home front. It was rough getting through my grandma's funeral and I ended up missing quite a bit of work. but this week i'm back in full swing! RC has been working equally hard and making over 120 customer calls every day. We're still waiting for him to get a "big deal" though. We found a great deal on a fish tank and drove up north on Wednesday night to pick it up! I had a tank before that i sold when i was planning on moving to China, and have really missed it. The new one is much bigger and also much nicer, and the best part is we paid less for it than we sold my other one for!!! So we have 2 goldfish and 2 Koi. The kids have yet to see it though, but I'm sure they will love it!

We have the kids this weekend and in addition to all of them my two 5 year old cousins are coming to stay with us on Friday night. So we will have 7 little munchkins running around our 2 bedroom place! we plan on taking them all sledding with my mom on Saturday. Hopefully that will get a lot of their wiggles out!

RC and i went out on a fun date last night. We went to the jazz game with tickets that a friend of mine gave me. We had a bunch of fun!

I'm sorry I guess I lied about the pictures. For some reason I couldn't get them to post last night. I will try again today when I get home from work!

Married Life

Well we finally got some curtains up!!! RC says i've been talking about the curtains ever since we found out we were going to move into this place. So RC spent the evening making me completly happy by getting them up! What a good hubby.

We had a fun new years. My parents came over and we mixed up a few drinks, RC made a delicious sea food dinner, and my mom RC and I played Life! We all had such a surprising great time!

We've decided to start the new year out by getting better in shape! So no more comfort food, just salad and protein! we also broke down and got a gym membership. Hopefully by summer we will be in tip top shape so that I can once again sport the bikini!

On a sadder note, my grandma died this last saturday. So the family has been planning a funeral most of this week. It was my dad's mom who had been ill for a while. We will miss her dearly.

The kids are all doing well. They all had a wonderful christmas and have been there normal happy little selves. Lauren loves to be sung to, so we got her a nursery songs CD and a Care Bear sing along. She loves both of them very much, and is just the sweetest little baby when she is with us. Spencer seems to be the best behaved out of the boys and tries really hard to be a good kid. He always eats most of his food and is committed to being a strong healthy boy. Andrew is his normal self and always amazes us with his quick mind. He loves playing playstation and any high action game, he is really good at getting everyone else in trouble! Both Andrew and Spencer got huge hummer remote control cars for christmas. We took the kids up to my parents house on christmas and RC dug out a race track in the snow for the kids. But by the time he finished..... the kids had used up the batteries in their cars and were too cold to even use it! Nathan for the most part is content to just play with his pirate ship or play on the playstation. He is trying real hard to eat all his food but has a tough time with the veggies!! He is always stashing goods in his pockets and we keep having to have discussions about why it isn't good to steal. He is a real sweet loving little boy. He got a remote control camero for christmas, but unfortunately we can't get it to work. Matthew tries so hard to run with the big boys, but he is still such a little guy. He has a very sensitive little heart and just want to make us happy. He got a bunch of fun dinosaur toys and movies to keep him busy for Christmas.
